| Vehicle Versus Motorcycle on Rt. 87 |

On Friday at 13:40 , Stations 22 and 20 as well as MICU 18 were alerted to a MVA with two injured on Route 87 at the intersection of 973. Ambulance 20 was due on the incident, Ambulance 1-20 and Engine 1-20 were specialed by Command, all units responded on dispatch. Ambulance 20 arrived to find 2 riders on the ground and the driver of the car out of the vehicle. Life Flight was requested, but had to abort due to inclement weather conditions. Ambulance 20 and MICU 18 transported one by ground to GMC and Ambulance 1-20 obtained one refusal and transported one to Williamsport Regional Medical Center. Engine 1-20 controlled hazards and traffic. Units cleared the scene in approximately 1 hour. |
